Back to jobsAssociates or Bachelor’s Degree preferably with an IT focus.
A minimum of 2-5 year experience in an IT support role providing desk side service and working with remote end users at branch offices or via VPN connections.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Applications; OneDrive, SharePoint, Office Applications and Windows Operating Systems
Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills are required.
Occasional travel is necessary in support of rollouts, corporate acquisitions and other company projects.
Interested in an international environment.
Knowledge of Mobile Device Management systems.
Knowledge of working in an ITIL Based Service Desk
