Southern Health Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse Regional Manager to support and lead correctional healthcare operations across multiple facilities throughout Wisconsin.
This is more than a management position. It is an opportunity to mentor clinical teams, build strong facility partnerships, and influence the quality of patient care on a regional level. You鈥檒l serve as a key leader supporting nursing staff, guiding operational success, and helping facilities maintain excellence in correctional healthcare delivery.

What You鈥檒l Do
- Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple jail medical units throughout Wisconsin
- Mentor, coach, and support on-site nursing and medical teams
- Partner with Sheriffs, Jail Administrators, and facility leadership to strengthen healthcare operations
- Assist facilities with staffing support, clinical guidance, and quality improvement initiatives
- Monitor compliance with nursing standards, policies, and correctional healthcare protocols
- Support training, onboarding, and development of nursing staff
- Participate in on-call responsibilities and provide occasional clinical coverage as needed
- Travel regionally, including occasional overnight stays
What You Bring
- Current, unrestricted Wisconsin Registered Nurse license
- Previous nursing leadership or healthcare management experience required
- Strong communication, organizational, and team development skills
- Ability to lead confidently across multiple locations and teams
- Flexibility and willingness to travel throughout the region
- Correctional healthcare experience preferred, but not required
- Passion for leadership, mentorship, and operational excellence
