Your Role

As an LPN with SHP, you’ll provide essential nursing care while practicing at the top of your license. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct patient care and monitoring patient conditions
• Administering medications and treatments per nursing standards
• Completing accurate charting and documentation
• Responding to medical emergencies and nursing assessments
• Collaborating with providers and healthcare staff
• Following established protocols and State Scope of Practice Guidelines
