Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated Full Time LPN to join our medical team at the Haralson County Jail in Georgia. This position offers a consistent rotating schedule with 12-hour day shifts, giving you structure, work-life balance, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a unique healthcare environment.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver patient care within scope of practice
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Complete patient assessments and documentation
- Respond to sick call requests and medical needs
- Collaborate with providers and healthcare team members
- Maintain compliance with nursing standards and facility procedures
- Provide compassionate, professional care in a secure environment
What You Bring
- Current, unrestricted Georgia LPN license
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a structured environment
- Confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Previous correctional or emergency nursing experience is helpful, but not required
