Back to jobsbeing the ICT Project Leader for the assigned initiatives in his/her responsibility area;
supporting the demand collection from the business units/departments focusing mainly on Sales, Service, Marketing Processes;
managing full life cycle projects and coordinating the assigned resources (internal and/or external);
managing the external suppliers involved in our projects;
applying the project management methodology as per ICT standards (including Agile);
define project readiness and KPIs in accordance with the business;
monitoring and controlling the assigned projects and Change Request (CR) progress and cost;
reporting the status of the assigned projects (main outcomes, status, issues with proposed solutions, risks with mitigations actions etc…).
