Support the sites in analyzing, consolidating and monitoring HSE performance indicators (leading and lagging)
Indirectly manage a team of HSE local coordinators
Provide technical support to local HSE coordinators acting as coach and mentor and promotes awareness and understanding of legal responsibilities
Support sites in the definition of training solutions to meet legal and other requirements
Assist sites with internal and external HSE audits / inspections and all related follow up activities.
Support engineering projects to ensure appropriate HSE involvement and associated risk assessment
Carry out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans
Monitor the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Group strategy
