Job Description
What will be your responsibilities?
1.Data Management:
- Oversee the collection, in and out, and maintenance of data in various systems and databases.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation processes.
- Develop and implement data entry standards and procedures.
2.Database Administration:
- Manage and maintain databases, including data backup and recovery processes.
- Manage data security, privacy principles, and compliance.
- Administrate user access platform for various applications.
- Monitor database performance and resolve any issues related to database operations.
- Assist in the design and development of database structures and automatic database monitoring systems (BI Dashboards).
3.Documentation & Reporting:
- Keep accurate records of data integration activities and corrections.
- Help generate basic reports and data summaries from different platforms.
- Update documentation for workflows, procedures, and data management guidelines.
4.Data Support:
- Assist with data migration and integration processes from legacy systems to analytics platforms.
- Help business teams retrieve and interpret data as needed.
- Support data initiatives to streamline processes and improve platform functionality.
- Work closely with IT and other departments to address data-related issues and support system upgrades.
