Partners with IS Security to identify and eliminate security vulnerabilities according to company policies/standards and PCI requirements
Directs implementation of software and interface upgrades
Conducts analysis of business and technical requirements to recommend technology solutions for current and future growth; assists with the ongoing development of the roadmap
Establishes close working relationships with other departments and vendors to establish clear, executable plans to continue to provide associates with technical solutions; responds to changing priorities and escalating issues where appropriate, keeping all interested parties abreast of developments and decisions in a timely fashion
Analyzes, designs, develops, deploys, and leads a time-phased resolution plan when IT based issues arise; represents technical change through the corporate governance processes that track and permit project progress
Ensures that the technical designs deliver the most effective customer experience; implements new technologies in unique and innovative ways
Develops custom scripts, tools, and programs in the support of the desired Operational outcome
