Do you have an Operational background and experience of Data based Labour Planning to deliver outstanding Performance?
Then we are looking for a Lead Planning Manager to head up our Planning team to ensure the distribution centre operates with precision, efficiency, and an unwavering focus on online and store customers. The role is accountable for the full planning and performance cycle across Inbound, Occupancy, Despatch and Service Proposition, using data‑driven insight to keep the site running smoothly and sustainably.
