Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end process for packaged-product innovation, from uncovering consumer insights to developing concepts, testing them, and launching them in the market.
  • Identify growth opportunities by staying ahead of category trends, evolving consumer behaviours, and competitor activity.
  • Turn insights into compelling, differentiated propositions that boost Aqua Libra’s market position.
  • Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to deliver impactful innovation.
  • Translate brand strategy into clear, effective marketing plans and deliver integrated campaigns that build equity and encourage trial.
  • Manage the creation of insightful, high-quality creative work that maintains consistency across all brand touchpoints.
  • Track and evaluate brand and campaign performance, turning data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial teams to align brand, category, and customer strategies while optimising marketing investment.
  • Lead cross-functional teams with pace and clear ownership of tasks, building strong relationships to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Encourage creativity, curiosity, and continuous improvement throughout the team.
