Carrying out investigations and disciplinary hearings including completion of relevant documents.
Maintaining and updating fleet documentation including but not limited to vehicle check sheets, vehicle condition, training records, driver licences, risk assessments, health and safety, purchase order numbers.
Administrative duties surrounding fleet compliance and team members including the implementation and monitoring of KPI’s.
Ensure that regulations relating to vehicles within the scope of the goods vehicles licensing of operator’s act are adhered to.
