We want people with excellent communication skills who will make calls and send e-mails to research partners based in Australia & New Zealand.Job Responsibilities:Gather & verify on-going & upcoming construction projects across Australia or New ZealandFind and qualify information on these projects via phone, email, internet & newspaper research. This will involve directly communicating with industry professionals (Developers, Architects & Builders)Build and maintain an assigned portfolio of construction projects as they move through development stages of constructionMinimum Qualifications:A graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Bachelor of Arts-related studiesMust be open to a probationary contract, which includes a structured 1–4 week training program focused on performance, attendance, and adaptabilityPlease note: Continuation of employment beyond the training period is subject to satisfactory performance during the trainingHigh-level English proficiency (written & verbal)Must be comfortable making outbound callsHard-working and has the ability to multi-taskExperience in customer service or research is an advantageMust be willing to work in Makati CitySalary: PHP 18,000–20,000/month
