Oversee the development and execution of value-added services (e.g., webinars, client programming, and communications) to address market needs
Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify innovative offerings and support targeted BD campaigns
Lead the development of compelling pitches that align client needs with firm capabilities and value-added services
Partner with the Events team to plan and deliver high-impact client events
Collaborate with the CRM team to enhance and maintain strategic client lists
Provide clear direction and context when working with cross-functional teams including Business Intelligence, Communications, Creative, CRM, Digital, Events, Proposals, and other Business Services
Perform other duties as required to support strategic growth and innovation
