Manage SQL Server clustering, Always On Availability Groups, and disaster recovery configurations;
Perform monthly patching, upgrades, and migrations while ensuring minimal downtime;
Monitor system performance and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve database issues;
Implement and maintain database backup and recovery strategies;
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure database reliability and compliance;
Provide basic SAP Basis support, including SAP system administration tasks and coordination with SAP teams;
Support SAP environments by reviewing ABAP dumps, monitoring batch jobs, and assisting with basic performance tuning;
Assist functional teams with SAP-related technical issues and system health checks;
Develop and maintain automation scripts and monitoring tools for proactive management;
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and runbooks;
Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed;
