Performs intermediate assembly tasks, such as mechanical assembly, soldering, encapsulating, die bonding, wire bonding, cleaning, epoxy, curing, operation of pneumatic machinery, etc.
Installs finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases or other packing material.
May perform assembly operations under microscope or other magnifying device.
Performs inline testing, inspection using measuring instruments, software, fixtures, and electrical test equipment to ensure parts and assemblies meet production standards.
Ability to cross train on other programs in the facility.
Ability to perform various repair/rework operations using approved written procedures.
Follow instructions from electronic or printed assembly processes or electronic test procedures
Ability to perform any other job-related task assigned by your supervisor/manager.
