Back to jobsOwn and maintain Legal Department operational systems and databases, including matter, contract, and request-intake tools; ensure data accuracy, integrity, and usability;
Support implementation and administration of Legal technology tools, including the Contract Management System, in collaboration with IT and vendors;
Coordinate with Legal, Accounting and Outside Counsel to provide data regarding invoiced legal fees to support substantiation of accounting treatment for certain matters;
Assist Corporate Development team with coordination of internal due diligence related to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; administer due diligence databases;
Document, standardize, and continuously improve Legal Department processes and workflows;
Coordinate the completion of cross-functional documentation and information requests from customers and vendors;
Assist with special projects including system implementations and ad hoc reporting.
