Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements
Analyze HR data and prepare management reports for decision‑making
Utilize advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) for HR reporting
Work effectively with HR systems, payroll systems, and other digital tools
Coordinate with cross-functional departments on HR‑related tasks and workforce support
Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of HR information
