Job Description

  • receiving and handling questions and complaints from customer service and partners about delays, damage and other issues;
  • monitoring the follow-up of transports and deliveries and checking the operational status with partners;
  • registering shipments with recipients and processing bookings in the system;
  • administratively processing orders and drawing up or checking shipping documents;
  • collecting and compiling all shipment-related documents.
