Back to jobscoordinating complex shipments, you are responsible for the planning, booking, and handling of both import and export shipments. You work closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring everything runs smoothly in line with agreements with our clients (SOPs);
managing, preparing, and monitoring documentation and compliance, taking care of freight forwarding and customs documentation, ensuring all processes comply with laws and regulations;
acting as a proactive problem solver for our customers, informing them of discrepancies, delays, or damages, and developing solutions that work for all parties involved;
managing relationships and developing networks, maintaining and strengthening relationships with customers, international offices, and partners, while monitoring supplier performance. You also participate in MBRs, contributing to the optimization of the entire supply chain;
sharing information with stakeholders, ensuring all relevant documents, information, and updates are shared in a timely manner with colleagues, agents, and offices, keeping processes efficient and transparent.
