Customer Reporting Business Analyst works on data acquisition and data processing, delivering defined reports to the clients with the highest possible quality and correctness within the fixed time frame. Customer Reporting Business Analyst supports Customer Reporting Junior Analysts on daily basis and is responsible for reports checking. Able to work independently and estimate and plan own tasks with accepted accuracy. Working independently, estimating, and planning own tasks with acceptable accuracy. Training new team members.

 

Key Tasks & Deliverables

 

  1. Completing assigned tasks according to deployed Account Setup Forms (ASF) for the enrolled accounts in scope.
  2. Established communication with the Account Owners, Stakeholders and globally located departments.
  3. Updating documentation related to the reporting process.
  4. 1st level support for the queries related to the data quality in specific reports.
  5. Working on problems/projects from moderately to considerable complex scope.
  6. Auditing reports prepared by other team members to ensure their quality and compliance with established standards.
  7. Proposing improvements/optimizations of performed processes and its implementation once agreed with the supervisor
  8. Providing trainings to other team members. Buddy for newcomers.
  9. Sharing his/her point of view regarding performed tasks/processes in a constructive manner
  10. Sound and proven knowledge of function’s principle. Developing expertise.
  11. Responding on the emails within maximum two working days.
  12. Other tasks requested by the superior
  13. Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company.
  14. Behaviors and attitudes consistent with DSV values.
  15. Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education.

 

Education and Skills

 

  • Freight-forwarding / logistics education is an advantage.
  • At least with basic knowledge in Cargowise One is an advantage.
  • Experience in reporting tasks and data analysis
  • Experience in building up reports based on customer requirements and specification.
  • Experience in data entry tasks and documentation
  • Good Know How in MS-Office (Outlook /Excel – Intermediate to advanced)
  • Good Know How in web-based applications / Internet.
  • Quick comprehension and focused work
  • Resilience, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Accurate and reliable working method
  • Ability to work in a team & good interpersonal skill.
  • Openness and flexibility in meeting customer demands / service attitude
  • Ability to cooperate with various units in DSV (ISSC and Local Teams)
