Complete all planned Preventative Maintenance (PM) services on time and to the standards outlined in the service manual.
Conduct new installations with all required checks and tests.
Maintain service-related documentation and update records in the CRM system.
Assist Sales and Marketing teams with pre-sale technical support.
Effectively manage the service area, including promoting new contracts and liaising with customers for renewals.
Maintain tools and test equipment, liaising with team members to ensure proper calibration.
Track and maintain both parts and loaner inventories allocated to this location.
Share responsibility with other engineers for after-hours service calls.
