Preparing initial costing sheets before new deals to ensure proper/accurate pricing based on customer
needs, inventory levels, equipment availability, and in comparison to competitor pricing.
Facilitate the accurate smooth completion of deals as liaison with customer.
Assist with RFQs/RFPs to ensure customer needs are met with respect to their required equipment and their
service/parts needs.
Update client information in CRM to ensure smooth communication between the customer all departments
within the company.
Follow up on shipments (sales/deliveries) and clients to make sure equipment are received in a timely
manner.
