to gather and document business requirements for changes or enhancements needed
Identifying data quality issues, resolving inconsistencies, and performing regular updates to
Master Data to ensure a "single source of truth" for the organization.
Work with Finance, Sales, After-Sales teams to analyze current business processes and identify
areas for improvement in the solution
Support the development and implementation of business solutions and technologies with the
broader IT team and vendor.
Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and functional
specifications as needed
OEM Data Integration: Manage the end-to-end process for non-automated, data uploads from
Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM). You will ensure real-time accuracy and
synchronization between vendor data and our internal systems.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the rollout of new
systems and updates
Monitor and analyze system performance and user feedback to recommend enhancements
Participate in functional side of ERP versioning. Partner with both IT and Business units to plan,
test, and execute upgrades to ensure the ERP remains current
Provide continuous oversight and functional administration of the new CRM module. You will
ensure the configuration is optimized to support the sales pipeline and customer lifecycle.
