Job Description
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Strategic Analysis & Insights
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking within insurance, fintech, and digital ecosystems
- Analyze internal performance data to identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Support development of strategic frameworks, business cases, and presentation materials
2. Transformation & Project Support
- Assist in planning and tracking key transformation initiatives (digital, operational, customer experience)
- Coordinate with stakeholders across departments (Product, Sales, Ops, Tech) to ensure project alignment
- Support preparation of reports, dashboards, and progress updates for leadership review
3. Communication & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Prepare high-quality presentations for internal leadership meetings
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights
- Assist in facilitating workshops or working sessions when required
