Prepare and deliver monthly reports summarizing business development activities and technical project progress.
Maintain accurate documentation required for ISO, SQF, and other applicable quality‑management systems.
Maintain an up‑to‑date understanding of plant capabilities and communicate them to internal and external teams.
Serve as the key user for UpKeep and Reach digital platforms.
Manage UL documentation requirements and coordinate quarterly UL audits to ensure compliance.
Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
Assist finance with maintaining ISCA article groups and related COPA configuration data.
Support procurement and supply chain teams by identifying and validating suitable material substitutions.
Perform bag sizing calculations and develop sizing recommendations based on product requirements and manufacturing constraints.
