Minimum of five years of professional experience in a finance-related role with a strong emphasis on analysis and controlling
Fluency in German and English is essential
At least 5 years of experience in supporting multiple sites, especially in the manufacturing industry
Solid understanding of financial principles and accounting, combined with strong analytical skills
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; high IT affinity and ideally experience with SAP (especially CO/PA)
Structured, detail-oriented, and self-driven working style with a high level of initiative
Strong team orientation, openness, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders in a plant environment
