We’re building a pipeline of Operations Supervisors for 1st and 2nd shift roles across our manufacturing teams. This evergreen opportunity is ideal for leaders who thrive on the floor, enjoy developing people, and know how to drive results through strong execution.
In this role, you’ll lead daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure production goals are met across safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll play a key role in improving processes, responding to challenges, and building a strong, engaged team.
Who you are
- Proven leader of frontline teams in a manufacturing environment
- Strong in coaching, performance management, and team development
- Comfortable using KPIs to drive decisions and improvements
- Self-starter who takes ownership and solves problems
What you’ll do
- Oversee daily production and ensure targets are met
- Monitor KPIs and take action to improve performance
- Coach and develop employees to build a strong team
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
