Facilities Specialist L2

Providing production departments with technical documentation for the proper operation of power, electrical, and gas installations and networks;
Developing job descriptions, production procedures, and operating instructions for maintenance personnel;
Conducting training for employees on safe working practices with electrical installations, electrical equipment, gas equipment, and electrical machinery;
Organizing and conducting scheduled preventive maintenance, preventive inspections, and tests of power, electrical, ventilation, and gas installations and networks;
Verifying the serviceability of protective grounding and neutralization systems in accordance with regulations;
Ensuring the safe and uninterrupted operation of power, electrical, gas, and ventilation systems and networks;
Monitoring the availability and serviceability of power tools at electrician workstations;
Identifying and rectifying design defects in power, electrical, and gas equipment;
Ensuring the presence of warning signs, posters, and labels for the safe maintenance and repair of equipment;
Developing and implementing measures to prepare power and gas systems for operation during the fall-winter and spring-summer periods;
Compliance with occupational safety requirements during the operation and repair of power, electrical, and gas equipment;
Monitoring staff compliance with safety regulations;
Preparation of internal and external technical reports;
Providing information in accordance with the requirements of regulatory authorities;
