A proven track record delivering complex communication and engagement plans and managing reputational risk, including crisis and issues management
Demonstrated success designing and implementing innovative stakeholder and community engagement strategies for major government reforms
Strong people leadership capability, fostering high performance, change management, collaboration and capability development
Sound judgement, political acumen and the ability to manage contentious and sensitive issues with discretion
Public information and emergency management experience will be well regarded
