Your responsibilities

• Ensure internal and external customer demand is met by aligning production and delivery schedules with factory capabilities.
• Consolidate demand requirements and manage production capacity through Reckitt’s planning systems (e.g., RapidResponse).
• Continuously assess and communicate risks and opportunities into the market IBP process.
• Proactively manage service levels and lead decisive actions on distressed or at‑risk SKUs to prevent stockouts.
• Review stock tunnel reports, define and track inventory targets, and lead inventory optimization for copackers.
• Conduct scenario planning to support balanced decision‑making between supply and demand.
• Lead RCCP tracking and contribute to effective project management within the Connected Planning drumbeat.
• Prepare and communicate OOS and distress action plans.
• Support the creation of short‑, mid‑ and long‑term production plans aligned to market demand targets.
