Exposure and knowledge in implementation of talent management strategies and practices including high potential identification and acceleration, assessment, succession planning, career planning, talent movement - in order to build a healthy bench of key talents and critical roles.
Must have: system familiarity with talent platforms and HR systems (preferably SuccessFactors).
Must have: experience in facilitating training and discussions in a fast paced, diverse and changing environment.
Must have: prior experience in working within a company with mature talent development (Semicon or Tech industries preferred).
Project and program management, ability to execute projects in a systematic and structured manner with focus on delivery and results.
Ability to influence and manage various key stakeholders with diverse backgrounds and cultures – both internal and external.
Curious mindset, proactive in bringing in new ideas and improvements.
Ability to balance and manage different tasks and projects with competing priorities and timelines.
Good organizational and facilitation skills coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to apply design and systems thinking.
Collaborative and acts as a team player, yet able to operate independently.
