Position Purpose: The job of the RBT is to assist in the supervision, care and instruction of students who are experiencing behavioral challenges in and out of the classroom. This position implements behavior management plans, takes data, and helps to support school personnel on behavior management plans as well as individual education plans.
Applicants selected without current RBT license will have a starting pay of $17.50 per hour. District will reimburse applicants up to $500 to obtain RBT license within 90 days of hire.
Starting Salary: $20.50/per hour commensurate with experience
Job Category: Classified, 174 workday calendar, 7.5 hrs/day (37.5 hrs/week)

Requirements:
-All employees must have a current TB test (Tuberculosis). If you've had a recent TB Test (less than 12 months ago) we can accept a copy of your test results. If it's been more than 1 year ago, you will be required to obtain a new test. Employees are responsible for the cost of the test.
-Must present pre-employment physical prior to first day of work.
