Utilities Operator

Ensure the proper operation of utility equipment such as air handling units (AHUs), chillers, reverse osmosis systems, and air compressors. Maintain organization of the industrial waste area. Perform utility and building maintenance in accordance with the site-wide preventive maintenance plan in order to prevent breakdowns and unplanned downtime. Carry out corrective maintenance activities as assigned through work orders on utility and building equipment, ensuring they remain in proper operating condition. Keep the electronic maintenance management system updated in order to maintain maintenance history records and generate individual and departmental performance indicators.
