Job Description

Responsibilities: Supervising work related to developing key customer profiles (poultry integrations), assessing their needs, preferences and habits at all levels of poultry production, and evaluating the reception of related veterinary products Actively building sales and servicing key customers of Ceva Animal Health Polska Sp. z o.o. – Poultry integration Developing with Broiler Lead and implementing sales strategies for key customers – Poultry integrations Conducting negotiations and concluding contracts with key customers Increasing sales by seeking new markets customers Coordinating the process of analysing price movements on the markets and the pricing structure of competitors Participating in the planning and preparation of promotional and discount campaigns and reporting on their results Creating business plans for a given customer Monitoring sales for specific customers Conducting financial analyses and monitoring commercial contracts for assigned customers Controlling discount programmes for assigned clients Supervising, monitoring and forecasting the market situation, determining sales strategies Participating in the preparation of new product launches Preparing and organising meetings with key clients Analysing the veterinary preparations market in terms of the company's needs and preparing market reports Cooperating with the team to maximise customer service. And communicating relevant information or implementing measures that may increase sales to customers not under direct supervision Participating in setting the unit's budget and sharing responsibility for its implementation Maintaining regular contact with stakeholders in poultry integration teams - key veterinarians, hatchery, farm and slaughterhouse management, and other specialists in the field Ensuring the implementation of sales and profit plans for assigned products Organising one's own work in an efficient manner and performing it conscientiously – in accordance with the tasks received, ad hoc instructions and guidelines from superiors, as well as in relation to the activities performed, the state of knowledge and regulations Ensuring the improvement of one's own qualifications through training and self-education Caring for the Company's property and ensuring the proper management of the assets of the organisational unit Complying with the provisions on professional secrecy and trade secrets within the meaning of the Act and combating unfair competition Complying with occupational safety regulations and rules and fire safety regulations Keeping the immediate superior informed on an ongoing basis about the status of task completion and any difficulties in their implementation Immediately informing the immediate superior about any abuses to the detriment of the Company Caring for the image and reputation of the Company Monitoring the sale of the company's products in their area Ensuring that sales plans for key customers are met Immediately (within one day) forwarding information about reports of suspected adverse reactions to the local contact person responsible for supervising the monitoring of the safety of veterinary medicinal products at Ceva Animal Health Polska Sp. z o.o. (and in their absence, to their substitute)
