Senior Scientist – Cell Culture & Upstream Process Development

Description The Senior Scientist – Cell Culture Upstream Process Development leads internal cell culture and upstream activities supporting recombinant protein production for Ceva’s biotechnology programs. Reporting to the Head of Protein Sciences (new role – Charles Packianthan joining April 27, 2026), this position is responsible for developing, optimizing, and scaling robust upstream processes to ensure consistent supply of high-quality materials for research and preclinical studies. The role combines strong technical expertise, operational leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to build Ceva’s internal bioprocessing capabilities and strengthen its innovation pipeline.
