About the job
We are currently looking for a Social Media Analyst to join our Cronos Europa Team and support the digital communication activities of European Institutions. You will play a key role in shaping how institutions engage with citizens across social media platforms, combining content creation, community engagement, and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
The main mission is to design, produce, distribute, and analyze digital communication campaigns targeting citizens.
This includes:
- Act as platform lead for X and support emerging platforms
- Create, edit, and adapt content (copywriting, proofreading, translation)
- Monitor and moderate social media interactions in line with guidelines
- Engage with citizens and manage online communities
- Track posts, hashtags, mentions, and discussions
- Analyse trends, narratives, and performance data
- Produce reports and actionable insights to improve campaigns
- Advise and support stakeholders on social media best practices
- Provide training and insights to enhance digital presence
- Contribute to content planning and communication strategies
- Ensure consistency and localisation of content across teams
Your Profile
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in social media management, digital communication, or content creation
- Experience in community management and online moderation
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools for social media performance
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to adapt tone and messaging to different platforms and audiences
- Solid understanding of social media ecosystems and digital trends
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of audience engagement
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and provide advisory support
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
