We are currently looking for a Technical Package Specialist Oracle HCM to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.

This is a mission of 8-9 months with possible extension.

ENVIRONMENT

• The project operates within a European financial institution, emphasizing compliance with international regulations and governance.

• The team is composed of cross-functional experts, facilitating knowledge exchange and innovative problem-solving in a highly regulated context.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Address complex issues and inquiries and propose effective solutions or workarounds.

• Design, develop, and implement inbound and outbound integrations utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) adapters, orchestration flows, and data mappings.

• Develop enhancements to application pages using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS) to improve user accessibility and experience.

• Identify and resolve data quality issues employing Oracle Fusion HCM Data Loader (HDL) to ensure consistency and accuracy of data.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive integration strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Support the implementation of Oracle Cloud services and contribute to ongoing system enhancements and optimizations.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 7 years of experience in similar role.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Extensive experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including designing, developing, and implementing inbound and outbound integrations.

• Proficient in Oracle HCM, specifically Core HR modules, with a strong understanding of their data structures.

• Expertise in API and Web Services, particularly REST and SOAP, alongside OIC connectivity agents for seamless integration with external systems.

• Prior experience with Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) for effective data management.

• Proven skills in Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS) for developing user-friendly applications.

• Familiarity with Oracle HCM technical configurations, including fast formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI reporting, and HCM extracts is advantageous.

LANGUAGES

• Proficient in English is mandatory.

• Additional language skills may be advantageous depending on project requirements
