Act as the first point of escalation for shift‑level service, safety or quality issues
Champion a strong safety‑first culture and ensuring compliance with H&S, SSOW and client standards
Lead, coach and engage Team Leaders and outbound associates
Manage labour deployment and agency usage within agreed plans
Monitor real‑time performance and dynamically redeploying resources to protect service
Lead effective shift handovers, reporting risks, priorities and backlogs clearly
Drive productivity, throughput and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the Outbound Operations Manager with any additional tasks as and when required.
