Job Description

The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support to the BU Trains Opioid Abatement grant initiative at Belmont University. This support includes composing effective communications, screening of information, assisting in planning events, receiving guests, and working independently on assigned grant related activities assigned by the Directors. This includes utilization of social media, marketing and mailing, working with mobile clinic coordinators on clinic scheduling and coordination of volunteers, speaker travel arrangements, facilities coordination, inventory management, data collection and reporting required for extensive evaluation of program effectiveness, and budget processes. This position is funded in whole or in part by a grant. Employment is subject to the continued availability of grant funding and does not imply a guarantee of employment beyond the grant period. Primary position responsibilities: Provides administrative support for grant implementation activities. Assists primary investigators (project directors) with maintaining budget and tracking and filing expenditures. Collect and report data in a meaningful manner for quarterly reporting. Assists mobile clinic coordinators and primary investigators (project directors) with advertising and scheduling of mobile clinic sites and volunteers.
