Salary: $122,179-$182,853 Depending on qualifications and experience.

DESCRIPTION:
The Director of Instructional Support, Access and Enrichment provides leadership and oversight for districtwide instructional support systems, student access initiatives, and enrichment programs. Leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), student group supports, enrichment programs including Dual Language Immersion (DLI) and Advanced Learning/Learner (ALL) programs, and supports instructional coaching efforts in those areas. Collaborates as a member of the Teaching and Learning leadership team to ensure equitable access, high-quality instruction, and positive student outcomes. Supervises and evaluates personnel associated with these programs and initiatives. And other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Credentials
Appropriate administrator license authorizing service as an administrator/supervisor
Education and experience
1. Master's degree required
2. Previous Alpine School District administrator experience and/or experience in district-level Special Education is preferred.
