Job Description

St. Mary Magdalen Catholic School seeks a mission-driven Admissions & Marketing Manager to support student enrollment and ensure clear, consistent communication across the school community. The roles serve as a welcoming first point of contact for prospective families while also managing essential school communications that support enrollment and community connection. This position is structured with a focused scope prioritizing admissions and core communications. This is a benefits eligible position.

 

Core - Responsibilities:

Admissions:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, managing admissions inquiries and overseeing the process from initial contact through acceptance, including application tracking and family communication; partner with the bookkeeper and registrar to ensure a seamless transition for financial agreements and enrollment set up.
  • Schedule and lead school tours on a consistent, regular schedule. 

Marketing and Communications:

  • Develop and distribute the weekly school newsletter, coordinating with staff and leadership through a defined content calendar and submission deadlines to ensure timely communication and limit last-minute additions.
  • Maintain and update the school website to ensure accurate and current informations, incorporating light storytelling to reflect student experiences, highlight key moments, and support community engagement enrollment.
  • Lead school reporting and insights, including drafting and administering the annual parent survey; analyzing results and communicating trends and action items to families; and developing biannual "State of the School" updates and "Where Your Dollars Go" reports to support transparency and planning.
  • Lead key communication initiatives, including creating school news posts as needed to ensure timely, clear, and consistent communication with families. 

 

 

Salary: Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications. Range: $40,000 - $60,000
