Warehouse - Receiver

Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 / hour
Description
Summary:
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, check, and validate the accuracy of incoming materials
- Enter receipts into computer
- Print receiving tickets
- Identify received materials and deliver for storage/use
- Reconcile pallets
- Weigh outgoing product
- Load outgoing materials
- Put stock in designated locations, as needed
- Maintain a clean organized warehouse, dock, and shipping office
- Scrap handling including preparation for pick-up
- Participate in physical inventory and cycle counts
- Report inventory discrepancies
- Pull, package, and ship parts orders according to established procedures
- Track packages as requested
- Apply shipping charges to customer orders for invoicing
- Issue return authorizations
- Consistently achieve shipment of products without delays or returns
- Read and interpret instructions to retrieve, assemble, and prepare products/materials for shipment
- Operate site computerized system and perform required data entry
- Comply with health, safety, and environmental requirements/procedures at all times
What you bring to Pacific Seafood

- High school diploma or GED
- Two years related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience

- Forklift certification

- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
