Job Description
What you´ll do Execute engineering and maintenance activities to ensure quality products are delivered on time and at competitive cost. Design, coordinate, and implement local plant engineering projects in line with operational and business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Production, Quality, and SHEQ teams, providing technical support and expertise. Monitor and analyze engineering KPIs to identify trends and drive performance improvements. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reliability, and process performance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical developments, industry trends, and best practices within the area of expertise.
