Job Description

About this Position In this position, you will add value to the Korea Laundry and Home care business by taking responsible for managing key accounts developing a long-term relationship with key customers and maximizing sales opportunities within team. You will also contribute to achieve sales KPI and profit (DAP1,2) target by recommending annual business plan of key account and building strategic partnership for executing the highest POS sales strategy and key sales strategies. What you´ll do Develop annual account 4P strategies (Product, Price, Promotion, Placement) plans in line with business objectives and deliver sales growth. Ensure to implement plans promotional activities keenly monitor sell out progress and evaluate them. Keep seeking to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and strategizing to expand the company’s footprint in the market. Acquiring a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements and develop trust relationships with them. Analyze competitors’ activities and market dynamics, adjusting account strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive advantage. Collaborate communicate with cross functional teams. (channels, trade marketing, marketing and planning etc.)
