What you´ll do Responsible for following up key account customer quality improvement initiative and troubleshooting, driving internal team continuous improvement. Including typical issue root cause analysis driven. Work closely with PD, AE, sales to troubleshooting the issues. On site customer supporting if necessary. Support with quality team to move forward the product quality, process quality improvement ensure the NPI MOC projects quality kept at high level. Solid in 8D/ A3/ 6 Sigma 5why quality tools in problem solving, solving customer complaints and improve the process quality in meantime. Monitor products critical properties SPC trend and QC performance and work with PE/Production to take proactive actions, to reduce COPQ and off spec rate. Other tasks what are assigned by leaders in quality scope.
