Plan and coordinate daily work activities, manpower, equipment, and materials to meet production targets and schedules
Conduct daily safety meetings, hazard assessments, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Monitors the overall progress of the project and take corrective action where necessary.
Act as Aecon’s on-site representative with project owners and clients
Track, communicate, and manage scope changes with clients and Aecon management
Foster and maintain a strong safety culture; ensure crew members are fit for work and follow all safe work practices
Ensure all job site activities comply with applicable local legislation and regulatory requirements
Establish and maintain work standards and behavioral expectations to promote crew morale and productivity
Promote teamwork and collaboration across all construction crews, fostering a positive and respectful work environment
Maintain required drawings, records, and daily logs
Perform physical job requirements, including walking rough terrain, climbing ladders, and using stairs
Work extended hours as required, including in challenging weather conditions
