consistent visual merchandising strategies (for Sell -in and Sell -out) that inspire customer engagement, 
support sales objectives, and uphold the brand's standards across Retail, Franchise and Wholesale —
throughout the entire product lifecycle —from sell -in to in -season execution.
Key Responsibilities 
Execute Seasonal Campaigns
Coordinate the rollout of seasonal campaigns and activations across Retail, Franchise and Wholesale
channels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery with excellence in execution for all the visual 
merchandising capabilities .
Adapt Activation Toolkits
Localize regional V isual Merchandising toolkits, guidelines, and playbooks for country use, ensuring all 
points of sale ( POS ) materials meet market requirements.
Support Store Openings & Rollouts
Implement V isual Merchandising (VM) elements for new store openings, remodeling , and fixture rollouts,
according to country’s Service Level Agreement, ensuring alignment with global/regional standards.
Coordinate Field Agenc y
Work with local field agency to support points of sale execution according to country’s marketing plan and 
Service Level Agreement to ensure that points of sales meet adidas brand standards and global/ regional 
expectations.
Validate Points of Sale Materials
Review the ordering, distribution, and installation of standard fixtures and tools across stores and partner 
locations according to layouts and bubble plan s.
Conduct Store Visits
Regularly visit stores to monitor V isual Merchandising execution, document compliance, and ensure 
consistency across the market according to the Service Level Agreement and store tiering/segmentation. 
Ensure Quality Standards
Identify execution gaps, recommend corrective actions, and escalate issues to the Senior Manager.
Collect & Report Market Feedback
Gather execution photos, reports, and market insights; share structured feedback with the Senior Manager 
and regional teams.
Train & Support Teams
Deliver V isual Merchandising training and practical guidance to store staff, franchise partners, and agenc y
aligned with Sales Academy to build executional capability.
Support Budget Compliance
Assist the Senior Manager in tracking V isual Merchandising spend at the market level, ensuring efficient 
use of resources and alignment with approved allocations.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Strong operational leadership and project management skills
• Deep understanding of Retail execution and V isual Merchandising standards

• Analytical skills for KPI tracking and continuous improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office , 3D modeling & design software , and V isual Merchandising reporting 
tools
Requisite Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field s.
• 4+ years of V isual Merchandising or Retail Operations experience, preferably multi -store ,
• Experience managing budgets, agency, and cross -functional teams .
• Proven track record of executing campaigns and delivering measurable business results .
• Fluent English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills.
