Pay: HK$17,286 - HK$26,908 (HGPS Point 2 - 9) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the following day-to-day administration functions of the Human Resources Division:
- Recruitment and Appointment
- Benefits and Compensation
- Leave and Termination
- Performance Management
- Training and Development
- Staff Relations and Communication
2. Process, verify and compile forms and data.
3. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements:
1. (a) Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syllabus B), Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent.
OR
(b) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:
- Level 2 in English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics; and
- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent.
2. Ability to perform typing, word processing and/or Chinese word processing.
Preferred Attributes / Exposure:
1. Proficiency in MS Office e.g. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
2. Pleasant, energetic and with good communication skills.
3. Well-organised, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, able to work independently and multi-tasking.
4. Experience in managing high volume of data and good at analysis and compiling reports.
5. Having qualification or working experience in human resource management.
