Pay

HK$37,590 to HK$60,488 (HGPS Point 15 to 25) per month including Monthly Allowance

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and assist in the setup and daily operations of departmental clinical studies and related research activities under professional supervision.

2. Conduct data collection and management, prepare formal reports, and perform other duties as assigned.

3. Provide comprehensive nursing care in alignment with the requirements of assigned clinical research programmes and activities.

4. Participate in Departmental Clinical Research Committee meetings and provide regular updates on work progress.

5. Execute the duties of a Registered Nurse within clinical study settings under supervision, in accordance with operational requirements.

i. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for clients within a research setting.

ii. Document relevant information in clients’ records in accordance with legal and professional frameworks.

iii. Maintain a clinical environment that promotes patient safety, security, autonomy, and optimal health of clients.

iv. Collaborate with other members of the health care team in the delivery of care.

v. Counsel and provide health education to clients and their families.

vi. Implement organizational policies and procedures.

vii. Ensure compliance with related rules and regulations pertinent to clinical studies.

viii. Supervise and coach the clinical practice of junior staff.

 

Entry Requirements

1. A Certificate of Registration (Part I) and a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong.

2. Fluent Cantonese.

 

Preferred Attributes / Exposure

1. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

2. Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

2. This is a time-limited post. Selected candidate will be offered either contract or fixed-term appointment up to 28 June 2027 depending on his/her existing employment terms. The renewal / extension of appointment will be subject to service needs, availability of funding and job performance.
