We are looking for a driven and curious Project Controls professional in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico to support our Program Management Team.

You’ll have the chance to work on this team providing solid forecasting, cost engineering, reporting and subcontractor invoicing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or other business management related degree; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree

• At least 5 years of project cost controls experience

• Experience with Project Controls Tools: EcoSys, Oracle, Microsoft Excel

• Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues

• Specific experience in tracking actual costs, commitments, and accruals in cost systems

• Support updates to Estimate at Completion and Cash Flow Forecasts

• Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues

Please note: Local Puerto Rico residents highly recommended

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• MS Office skills to include Excel 

• Intermediate skills with My Payables, Unifier, IPCS, and Polaris, plus other proprietary system tools 

• Cost estimating experience

The base salary range for this position is $72,200.00 to $115,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
